Sublimation Printing
Sublimation is a printing process where ink is infused directly into the material, rather than sitting on top of it. The result is a permanent, fade-proof design that you can’t feel — no cracking, peeling, or heavy ink.
Because the ink becomes part of the material, sublimation produces incredibly vibrant, long-lasting prints.
Best For:
✔ Polyester garments (light colors only)
✔ Performance wear & athletic apparel
✔ Mugs, tumblers, drinkware
✔ Hard goods with a sublimation coating, which we can get hundreds of options that are mostly white to start with.
✔ Designs that need to last forever
Sublimation does not work on dark fabrics or 100% cotton. For those, we’ll recommend DTF or DTG instead.
File Format Tips:

Colors print best when designs are bright and high-contrast, since there is no white ink in sublimation.
